Please do not send passwords, banking credentials, payment-card information, Social Security numbers, or other highly sensitive credentials through the ticket form. You should enter your own passwords when needed during service.

Remote support

Remote support may use Microsoft Quick Assist or another agreed tool. Remote access requires your approval and is intended to be temporary. MartSupport does not require permanent unattended access for ordinary support.

We keep service and ticket information for as long as reasonably needed for support, business records, dispute resolution, security, or legal obligations. Retention periods may vary by record type.

Sharing
